Warrior Sports takes the Stress Out of Your
Birthday Party Planning

At Springfield Warrior Sports, we want to take the stress out of your party planning - schedule your birthday party with us, and let us do the rest — including clean up!

Each party lasts for a total of 1.5 hours. Included in the party is one hour of gym time, featuring open play and an obstacle course set up and facilitated by our Crew. Approximately 30 minutes can be used for cake, presents, and pizza! (optional).

A cooler of Gatorade will be prepared for all parties, and the birthday child will receive a Springfield Warrior Sports t-shirt, and the week after their party, they get to come to a ninja class for free.


Note: free customized party invitations are available upon request. 

  • Cost: $179 for the first 11 kids and $10 for each additional participant (plus $40 if you prefer to rent the gym for a private party). The parents of the birthday child are free if they would like to try the obstacles as well! 
  • All other guests (siblings, other parents, etc.) who wish to play in the gym can simply pay the discounted group rate for open gym during the party time.
  • * All participants will need to sign a waiver before playing in the gym. This can be done by a parent in the gym upon arrival, or it may be filled out online prior to the party.  
  • ** To reserve your birthday party time slot, the $179 base party fee is required at booking and covers the first 11 kids. Any additional participants or optional add-ons will be settled on the day of the party.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
To help us staff and prepare properly, any cancellations or reschedules made starting the weekend immediately before your party date and at any point thereafter will incur a $60 fee.

Pizza Birthday Party with No Clean Up!

Our birthday party pizza package includes plates, party favor cups, napkins, utensils, and pizza from Godfathers Pizza. Two pizzas will be ordered for a party of 10 kids, but we will adjust and order more if there are more kids attending. The pizza party add-on is $50, and extra pizzas can be requested for family members or adults for $12 each.

Have Battles in our Obstacle Course Gym

Nerf Battle Parties

Our crew will set up and facilitate a Nerf Battle for your party rather than an obstacle course. Nerf parties must be scheduled during a private party time slot. Nerf Battle Parties are an additional $70, and the price includes a private party fee of ($40) and a staff/equipment fee of ($30). 

Laser Tag Parties

The Springfield Warrior Sports team will set your birthday party up for a super fun laser tag battle with our high-end laser tag guns. Laser tag parties must be scheduled during a private party time slot.  Laser Tag Parties are an additional $90, and the investment includes a private party fee of ($40) and a staff/equipment fee of ($50).
