Take your ninja training (or any athletic training), wellness journey, and fitness goals to the next level by incorporating yoga into your regimen! The class will focus to build a holistic understanding of the body and mind through breath control, body awareness, balance, flexibility, and meditation. No prior experience needed, the class will progress as you do!
Our yoga classes are taught by Kelsey Esther. Kelsey is a registered 200 hour yoga teacher and an avid rock climber. Prepare for a fun, mixed level flow class!
