Increase Strength, fitness and flexibility through movements and progressions such as pulling or pushing oneself up using only your body weight for resistance.  You will gain muscular conditioning while improving psychomotor skills such as balance, agility and coordination.  

Classes are taught by Josh Cook.  Wednesday evenings, 6-7pm.
