Girls - Junior Warrior

Girls will progress in strength training, balance, coordination, endurance, and flexibility along with experiencing basic American Ninja Warrior obstacles.  Kim teaches the importance of a healthy lifestyle and goal setting; which can lead to confidence and success in future endeavors.  

Classes are held on Mondays.  Beginners from 6-7pm and Advanced from 7-8pm.
