Compliment athletic training by strengthening abdominal and back muscles, and increased flexibility.  With a more powerful and stable core - you are sure to improve overall fitness, gain confidence, straighter posture, and build a foundation for living an active daily lifestyle.  

Classes are held on Mondays from 6-7pm.
