Ladies Class

Classes will focus on strength training, balance, endurance of all kinds (especially grip), flexibility and obstacle work.  All of the obstacles in the gym are attainable for women as well as men!  Come experience the camaraderie that exists when women train together.  Classes are offered before our business hours so the women will have the gym to themselves!  

Classes are held Mondays 12:30-1:30pm
